I do not accept insurance. If you have out-of-network coverage or a flex spending account I can provide you with a receipt for you to submit.
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you and your needs. If you need to cancel, 24 hour notification is required so that I may accommodate others who are awaiting an appointment. The client is responsible for payment for late cancellations or missed appointments.
Payment is due at time of service. Cash, check, PayPal, Zelle or Venmo are preferred. Credit Cards are accepted via Square.
