I believe these are exciting times to be a healthcare professional as we are experiencing an explosion of new research around our neurophysiology and anatomy. By implementing these new findings we can take better care of ourselves. I also believe that we are here to evolve individually and collectively . . . and that we are all connected. So the better care I take of myself, the better the collective is and the healthier the earth will be.

I experienced my first professional massage when I was injured six weeks before running my second marathon. I was devastated and booked weekly sessions so I would run that marathon. At the time I was working in the technology industry and I wasn't happy because it didn't spark my passion. During those weekly sessions I talked my massage therapist's ear off wondering about massage and to make a long story short, I finished the marathon (3:26:18) and enrolled in massage school 6 months later. My passion was ignited! I went from the tech arena into a more organic and creative work and lifestyle for myself.

I am a registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and New York State licensed massage therapist. I am a certified Realization Process meditation teacher. I have 26 years of experience in my private practice working with a variety of people holistically - body, mind and spirit.

I actively study Craniosacral Therapy, bodywork, psychological well-being and meditation as I continue to develop as a practitioner.I am currently enrolled in the Somatic Experiencing training. In addition to my private practice I facilitate Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy trainings as part of the assistant team for Stillpoint CST supporting student practitioners in their learning.

My personal journey is the foundational experience from which I work and teach. I can only teach what I have experienced myself. My own self-care is a priority in my life. I enjoy an active lifestyle (running, indoor cycling, hiking, various movement practices & gardening), cooking (& eating of course), and receive regular BCST sessions.
